The Voiles de Légende Dunkerque 2025 themed villages will be the event's flagship venues, spread across several emblematic sites in the city of Dunkerque.

The Communauté Urbaine de Dunkerque is inviting local players to play an active part in this major event by submitting federative and innovative projects through this call for projects. Particular attention will be paid to how the proposed initiatives fit in with this major maritime event.

The call for projects aims to :

  • Involve local stakeholders in the co-construction of the event and in the dynamics that will precede or accompany this high point.
  • Encourage a mix of audiences and enable all residents to take full ownership of the event.
  • Support and promote local resources and initiatives already present in the area.
  • Encouraging amateur practices by offering opportunities for local talent to participate.
  • Stimulate innovation and creativity through original and daring projects.
  • Contribute to the challenges of eco-responsibility, by integrating practices that respect the environment.

The partnership initiatives selected will be directly linked to the event and will culminate at the event itself. They may take the form of artistic productions or co-productions, as well as complementary projects such as solidarity, eco-responsible, environmental, inclusion, accessibility or communication initiatives.

Submitting applications

Project promoters wishing to participate in the Voiles de légende - Tall Ship Race Dunkerque 2025 call for projects must submit a complete application including the following elements:

  • The subsidy application form, completed and signed.
  • The rules of the call for projects, signed, certifying that the project leader has read and accepted the conditions.
