The Rona II, an Oyster 68, is one of three vessels operated by the Rona Sailing Project. Built in 1991, the Rona II has since become one of the most demanding and durable Oyster yachts in the world. She has taken over 7,200 young people sailing, completed 21 international campaigns and three transatlantic tall ship campaigns, and has sailed over 250,000 nm to date. The Rona II is the flagship of the Rona Sailing Project and is at the heart of the operation. With funding plans in place as well as many volunteer hours to look after her, the Rona is in excellent condition and should continue to take people to sea on life-changing voyages for many years to come.
