Hosanna, a 47′ Centurion built at the Wauquiez shipyard, was launched in Saint-Martin in 1990. With a custom design for Mr Labouret, at the time a member of the Wauquiez board of directors, she was used as the prototype model for the famous Centurion 49′. Mr Labouret sailed her in the Caribbean from 1990 to 1994 as part of the 'Reunited Centurion Charters', which was managed by an American company in Oyster Pound (Saint-Martin). From 1990 to 1996, Hosanna took part in the Antigua races. Her main ports of call were St Barts, Anguilla, St Kitts, Barbuda, Antigua, British Virgin Islands, Tortola, Anegada, Just van Dick.

In 1996, Hosanna was sent to the Marseille shipyard for a major refit at the Wauquiez shipyard. The following summer, Philippe Labouret set sail for Greece with his four daughters. From Poros, where she was moored from 1996 to 2006, Hosanna sailed the Peloponnese, the Sporades, the Cyclades and Turkish waters.

In 2007, Hosanna spent time in Croatia, where she was fitted with a new teak deck and a much more powerful engine. That year, she joined Nidri in Lefkas. In 2010, Philippe Labouret returned to Corsica, then to Toulon, where he landed in September 2010.

On 1 October 2010, Mr Labouret officially donated Hosanna to the Ecole Navale. Since then, Hosanna has sailed for the benefit of students at the Ecole Navale as well as young sailors from different backgrounds. In July and August 2012, she took part in the Tall Ships Race for the first time (departing from Saint-Malo, with stopovers in Lisbon, Cadiz, La Coruña and returning to Brest).

Since then, Hosanna has taken part in a number of races.
