The BSAM Garonne is a multi-purpose ship of the French Navy. She is responsible for supporting forces, protecting people and property and supporting maritime resources. It also takes part in police missions. She is one of four BSAMs of this type in service with the French Navy, two in Brest and two in Toulon.
